Growing a social media presence

As a social media consultant for the HD Hyundai team in Europe, Driven PR first put together a strategy to grow the manufacturer’s online presence. This included founding an Instagram page and creating quality video-led content fit for purpose, like Instagram Reels.

The plan also focused on growing the manufacturer’s LinkedIn following, which has since tripled.

Driven PR team also helped Hyundai connect with its first industry influencer and brand ambassador, Amy Underwood ‘The Digger Girl’. This has helped increase brand awareness and build trust with potential customers.

Making an impact at events

To maximise its presence at industry events, the Driven PR team helped Hyundai to build effective social media activation plans. At Hillhead 2022, it lead with influencers by booking talented creators to operate its machines and create content, to brief. Then at BAUMA - one of the world’s largest construction shows - Driven PR led social media content production on site and designed an influencer activation to bring leading European talent to the brand’s booth in Germany.

For PlantWorx 2023, Driven PR formed a partnership between Hyundai and the leading industry magazine Awesome Earthmovers to headline sponsor its operator challenge. The team also launched a boxing-style influencer competition with two Driven Talent creators, Conor The Digger Driver and Bearded Excavation UK. This generated more than four million impressions across owned, earned and paid channels…whilst around 35,000 people attended the physical event!
