While working in a social media and influencer management role at JCB, Managing Director Dan Smith founded Driven PR as a consultancy service.

After leaving JCB for another role at tyre giant Michelin, he found many of the content creators he’d worked with weren’t being offered the same opportunities.

Not one to stand by and watch his efforts go to waste, Dan agreed to be the link between the creators and relevant brands. Starting with one influencer, his freelance consultancy rapidly grew and Dan eventually left Michelin to run Driven PR full-time.

One year on, Driven PR has successfully delivered social media, influencer and PR services for an impressive list of clients in the automotive, luxury and construction industries.

Dan has also founded Driven Talent, an influencer marketing agency. This now represents more than 20 creators. The first of its kind, Driven Talent’s mission is to activate the greatest talent in these sectors.

Passionate about cars from a young age, and exposed to luxury media during his stint in the rubber game, Driven PR and Driven Talent focused Dan’s efforts on what he knows best, construction, automotive and luxury PR.

An odd mix to be sure, but “you’ll never work a day if you’re doing something you love”.
